Winter Break. I figured it might be time to post something.

from: tamgutlich on etsy.
She's doing a cool 2 for 1 sale for all of December so go check her out!

Blah blah one quarter into college. Not really much to say actually. It's a very different pace from high school but I'm sure it'll pick up. Also.. I should get out of my room more. Heh.

Happy holidays everyone!! Go watch some Charlie Brown and listen to Dean Martin!!

PICTURES WILL BE UP SOON

ish.

I'm working on it. Heh.

Meanwhile... more rambling :).

I got my wisdom teeth out Monday. Not exactly the greatest experience in the world but eh. They are out. I am bleeding. I can't eat. That pretty much sums it up.

School is nearing at an amazingly frightening rapid pace and let's be honest. I'm scared shitless. Last year was a horror story and this year seems no different except there are now college apps in the crap. And more extracurriculars.

I must learn how to get off gchat and the damn internet.

uhm...

Here's an etsy find... I haven't done one of these in a while. I first found this etsy seller through her beautiful blog of fashion illustrations: Paperfashion. I seriously love her stuff. The drawings and paintings aren't too couture, which quite frankly turn me off a little because it's sort of unrelatable, and just are awesome. And beautiful. She even does custom designs! :)

Check out her etsy store!

Also, if anyone cares, I usually discover etsy finds through "Pounce", which can randomly pick through shops that just had a sale, or an undiscovered shop. Although sometimes I do get my links from other blogs... I know that's cheating but oh well. All for the beautiful things.

Hope the sunshine is lighting up everyone's smiles! :)

i've been lazy...

I realized that I don't update this blog nearly as often as I would like to. I'm just an incredibly lazy person.

But, I have VOWED, VOWED I TELL YOU, to update this more.

This past week has been pretty terrible in terms of school. I didn't have that much homework, but I've been going to sleep really really late every night. There must be a leak somewhere, my time is rushing down the drain.

The next couple of weeks are going to be pretty hellish, with AP Tests, some early finals, my english paper, heh calculus test, many many AP Euro sessions, and quite a few jazz performances. Not to mention, our ATA club is starting a new campaign...

Okay, I'll just not think about it right now. I'm hoping that updating my blog everyday should help me relieve some stress and give me a little bit of sunshine for the coming weeks.

Haha, I'm done rambling. Here is the Etsy Find of the Day. Oh, and sorry for the lack of outfits, but I've been so lazy that I've been wearing jeans and henleys almost all week. I know... so disappointing...

These prints are from DannyRoberts's shop. He draws AMAZING stuff, and many of his prints are renditions of popular bloggers like Rumi, Betty, and Karla.

I love the bright, eye-popping colors and the thin, graceful lines. When I look at these, it makes me really want to grab a piece of paper and just start drawing. The figures he draws are beautiful in such an ethereal, strange way, but that's why I love them.

Check out his store!

Also, pictures of my newest knitted project coming soon!

etsy find of the day

I feel INCREDIBLY productive today. I have a lot of my homework done for the week... it's going to be a good week.

And that reminds me...my loong looong rant. I think as long as I just get through everyday little by little... it'll all be good. Or at least tolerable.

Anyways I'm really excited. I'm going to get SO MUCH SLEEP! :)

I had too much time...had to find something to do so here is the etsy find of the day!

I love these scrabble tile pendants! The etsy seller has SO MANY DESIGNS to choose from....oh I could spend forever on this site!

Here are some:

THIS IS FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE TAKING BIO.

etsy find of the day

So I'm trying to get back to knitting and crocheting and just crafting in general. I think it will help me relieve a lot of my stress and give me something to focus on, even if it is small.
Anyway, so I was browsing etsy and I saw this LOVELY handspun and handyed yarns. The colors are so rich and gorgeous... and romantic. I also love how there's a bit of metallic thrown in there, making it much more interesting.

Check Loop's etsy store for more handspun/handyed yarns!

etsy find of the day

In case you didn't already know, I LOVE shoes. They can really change an outfit, and i would say, along with bags and jeans, they are probably the best wardrobe investments.

So, I was THRILLED when I found these handmade shoes on etsy.

Pictures from mohop

I am a really big fan of versatile clothing and I absolutely love how, with just a ribbon change and a manipulation with the side loops, you can create completely different looks.

I really want this...

Check out their etsy store!

etsy find of the day

So, I promised to myself I would actually try to make this a daily thing.
I really want to try to showcase as many etsy sellers as possible because I know how hard it can be to get some business.

So anyway, my birthday is coming up and like the materialistic kid I am, I was looking at rings I wanted.

And I came across these!

The site has SO MANY different drawings. I LOVE them all, they are so cute and unique. Not to mention, each ring is ONLY $8.00.

I DEFINITELY want a few for my birthday (the TREE ONE FOR SURE.)

Check dillondesigns out!
